Steven Foertsch, Ph.D.

Steven Foertsch is an award-winning Assistant Professor from 亚博体育app with a background in research, teaching, and policy. He also serves as a Non-Resident Fellow of the Institute for Studies of Religion at Baylor University and a Contributor to the Online Spiritual Atlas of the Global East at Purdue University. Beginning with policy experiences ranging from AmeriCorps to the United Nations, he now focuses on the study of ideology, deviance, and the generation of group epistemology. He has conducted a variety of studies to research belief systems, ranging from Transhumanism, Mah膩y膩na Buddhism, organizational Satanism, and QAnon, to Christofascism. With this background, Steven is looking forward to continuing his research and teaching into the intersections of religion, politics, deviance, pluralism, and social and political philosophy.
